It's structured and rhythmic in a way the other designs aren't, closer to a repeat pattern than a composition, and that consistency gives it a confidence that reads beautifully both up close and from across a room.

      Handmade in the UK from reclaimed textiles, each Kimaya takes well over an hour to complete — the lattice alone requires careful placement across every panel before the embroidered detail is added at each crossing point. The gold gimp braid runs pole to pole as with all pieces in the range, and the overall effect is bold without being busy: the black ground does the work of holding all that colour in check.
