Returns & Refunds Policy

At Marisha Mistry, each piece is created with care and intention. Due to the handmade and small‑batch nature of our products, we operate a limited returns policy.


Returns

We accept returns only if an item arrives faulty or damaged.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

To request a return, please contact us at hello@marishamistry.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Approved returns are sent at the customer’s cost unless the item is faulty.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days once the item has been received and inspected.


Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Handmade fabric baubles (due to their one‑of‑a‑kind nature)

  • Custom or bespoke commissions

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Please note: slight variations in colour, fabric placement, or texture are part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a return is approved, the fastest way to receive a replacement is to place a new order once the return has been processed.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
