Crafted from pre-loved sari fabric and reversible for two looks in one piece, each cracker measures 40.5cm long and 20cm in diameter, with a fillable centre of 13.5cm long and 16.5cm in diameter — plenty of room for gifts, notes, or favours of your choosing. Fill them, open them, then fill them again next year. No paper waste, no single-use snap left behind on Boxing Day — just a keepsake that comes back to the table for birthdays, anniversaries, dinner parties, and yes, Christmas too.

Mashquin is as simple as it is open-ended.

Drape a fabric over the mannequin. Pin it in place. Step back and see what you've made. Then unpin it, try something different, and start again.

There's no sewing, no glue, and no instructions to follow. Children work intuitively — layering fabrics, experimenting with trims, and designing outfits that reflect exactly how they're feeling that day. Every session looks different. Every design is entirely their own.

Most creative kits have a beginning, a middle, and an end. Mashquin doesn't.

Because there's no fixed outcome, children are free to explore rather than follow — and that distinction matters. It's the difference between completing a craft and developing a creative voice.
